About Me

I’m a Customer Success Manager with a strong track record of building relationships, streamlining processes, and delivering results across diverse industries. I currently work at Disguise managing the key accounts for the Americas region spanning broadcast, virtual production, education, and location based entertainment.

I got my start in project management working with the federal government in 2013 and helping coordinate executive searches after that. I later transitioned into business development in 2017 when I moved to Los Angeles and joined Faceware Technologies. This was also my first introduction to motion capture and entertainment related tech. Since then, I’ve worked across business intelligence, federal contracting, entertainment tech, and production services, helping companies grow by aligning creative vision with business strategy.

I thrive in dynamic environments with competing priorities, and I value creativity and diversity of thought in every team I join. I'm comfortable navigating both Agile and Waterfall workflows, and rely on tools like Salesforce or HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to drive business forward.

Who I am outside of work…

When I’m not working, you’ll find me deep in a tabletop skirmish game like Mordheim, taking a class in a new skill like sewing, embroidery, or painting, or spending time with my partner and our pets.

I’m also an avid Dungeons & Dragons player with over 10 years of experience as a Dungeon Master. I’ve had guest spots on over 25 podcast episodes of The Tome Show and Tabletop Babble, and I’ve participated in writing a D&D module for DragonCon 2017.

A good chunk of my year is also spend planning for and attending large LARP events such as Drachenfest US and Hynafol Grand Gathering.
